''Gold'' był jednym z pierwszych współprac Victorii spoza wytwórni Nickelodeon Records,z którą Justice współpracowała podczas nagrywania serialu: ''Victorious''. Wyżej wspomnianą piosenkę Victoria stworzyła we współpracy z wytwórnią Columbia Records. Właśnie 18 czerwca 2013 roku odbyła się premiera audio debiutanckiego singla naszej ulubienicy (premiera teledysku odbyła się miesiąc później: 12 lipca 2013). Utwór ''Gold'' jest gatunku Pop, a pracując nad nim Victoria współpracowała dokładnie z: Tove Nilsson, Jasonem Weiss, Samem Shrieve, Benem Camp, Jakobem Jerlström, Ludvigiem Söderberg. Dzisiaj mija dokładnie siedem lat od wydania debiutanckiego singla Victorii w wersji audio.
